This isn’t an optimization question per se, but I’m curious if you were sending this to your team, which 2-3 reports you would have them start with?

Hey rambler–welcome to the GitClear community! My personal favorite/most used reports are

  1. Commit Activity Browser. My favorite page to keep a day-to-day sense of which tickets we’re working on and what unplanned work is underway.
  2. Historical Stats. How is my dev productivity changing from week-to-week? How does our team velocity compare to previous time periods?
  3. Directory Browser. Fascinating glimpse into where effort and tech debt are happening in a repo.

I think the “best” reports are very dependent upon the team size. Hope that’s illuminating.
